Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the creative direction and design of graphic art and visual materials for our online platform, from conception to delivery
  • Ensure layout and designs are aligned with brand standards and best practices
  • Conceptualize ideas to portray concepts and deliver messages to advertise product/services in line with company’s objectives
  • Mentor and support a team of Graphic Designers to ensure their skills remain up to date and that they are leveraging current tools and processes to support departmental goals
  • Communicate creative briefs and concepts, as well as set and manage expectations around work allocation to the team
  • Align with different departments on all campaigns and ensure smooth execution throughout the projects
  • Stay updated and research on current market trends on designs
  • Any other responsibilities assigned from immediate superior and the Company from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Designs or a related field from a reputable university
  • At least 8 years of experience as a graphic designer, experience in both offline and online designs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects are a must have
  • Good verbal and written on presentation and communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience with strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Possess aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts
  • Good time management with ability to work well under pressure, whilst ensuring quality deliverables
  • Good prioritization skills and attention to details
