• Initiating and planning the Communications to attract targeted uses to come and use service at SPX Service Points
  • To help to coordinate with the central marketing and graphic designer team on developing collateral for use at SPX Service Points.
  • Ensuring standardised point of sale materials at each SPX Service point through coordination with various stakeholders
  • Advertising our services and any promotional activities on social media such as Official Line Accounts
  • Coordinating the design of promotional material and also distributing it via online and offline channels
  • Gathering customer feedback on previous promotions run and feeding back to the team on any improvements required
  • Joining online platforms and social media groups to keep updated with seller feedback and general seller sentiment



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or any other relevant field
  • Prior experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist from E-commerce is advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and graphic design
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to synthesize findings and present it back to the team in a concise manner
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills (in both Thai and English is advantageous)
  • Good Analytical and problem solving skills
  • End-to-end ownership and responsibility for marketing related initiatives would be expected
  • Good team player
  • Be able to fit in with the fast paced culture of the team
