The Senior Learning Business Partner works closely with senior stakeholders, to bring together a deep understanding of business needs with extensive learning expertise towards thoughtful people development solutions. 


  • Accelerate learning for individuals, teams and leaders in our business units
  • Establish strong relationships with business leaders at all levels to accurately diagnose learning needs, propose learning solutions and support with the delivery of those solutions (e.g learning assessments, train-the-trainer, design and delivery of workshops and programs)
  • Combine deep strategic learning expertise and knowledge of business needs to craft meaningful learning interventions 
  • Build and maintain a targeted, end-to-end team learning and development approach 
  • Identify and articulate impact of learning programs for business units 
  • Develop or assist with developing curriculum and customised content for team learning in both general and functional content including virtual learning, knowledge/work processes and frameworks, tools and skills resource and vendor partner management
  • Serve as a connective tissue between business units, HR Business Partners and the learning team 
  • Leverage global programs to scale training across the team with consistency and high localisation focus
  • Support business leaders in their people development strategy through thought partnership and coaching 
  • Optimise collaboration across teams and functions to strengthen content and high impact deliverables 


  • 5+ years working experience in learning consulting, and training or enablement;
  • Prior experience working with senior and executive level stakeholders
  • Ability to provide creative and strategic thought partnership on learning needs
  • Strong organisational skills, project management expertise and experience with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with leaders at all levels
  • Facilitation skills, with experience in content development and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborative with an ability to influence others
  • Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and grow together with us
  • Confidence and adaptability in working with change and ambiguity
  • Experience working in a large or complex organisation preferred
  • Coaching experience preferred
