Job Description:

  • Ensure business operations continuity across digital products categories.
  • Work with regional and local product teams to manage digital products backend and monitor UAT for new features
  • Monitor reports on CS and digital services supplier performance
  • Manage team members under operations team
  • Manage team members KPI. Keeping them motivated at all times
  • Identify specific goal for each and develop team member skills for their growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Management or any related course
  • Experience in Project Management supporting digital services operations and/or product operations and/or customer service operations
  • Strong sense of ownership; self-motivated, proactive in learning and able to work under pressure
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous information and across different departments
  • Open to flexible arrangements during campaign/peak seasons. Quick to respond to actions needed for sudden operational concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong slide-making skills required, with the ability to synthesize information for executive-level audience
