Job Description:

  • Strategise, plan, and create content for Shopee’s TikTok account to engage the online community and increase traction on the platform
  • Brainstorm creative ideas and involve in end-to-end production of TikTok content 
  • Explore new functions of the platform and propose new engagement ideas
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Monitor campaign results, compile learnings, and modify plan to further enhance the campaign result and achieve campaign’s KPI (e.g. contingency plan)
  • Monitor competitor’s social media activities, results and provide adequate analysis
  • Plan, request and utilise online and offline budget
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed



  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
  • Relevant experience in TikTok platform management and content creation is a must
  • Familiar with the functions and features on TikTok to create relevant content based on the latest trends and hashtags
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu to communicate with various stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of local communities
  • Detail-oriented and a creative problem solver
  • Strong project management and executional abilities
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
