Job Description

  • Support key account managers on Mall brand campaign executions to execute campaigns and initiatives smoothly
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, customer services, and marketing teams to assist seller-related problem troubleshooting
  • Ensure brand related documents are signed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Monitor brand package performance and commitment fulfillment status
  • Support commercial and operation tracker filing to deliver 

 Requirements

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • Process-oriented and detailed oriented, practices a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
  • Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Sheet
  • Experiences in key account management or e-commerce is a plus
