Roles and Responsibilities

1. Analyze the trends of KPIs, especially relating to financial metrics such as operational expense, CPO, and PL
2. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
3. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast 
4. Handle monthly purchase requests for rental, G&A, and CAPEX
5. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments, ad-hoc business performance reporting 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree and more than two years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area
2. General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles 
3. Experience developing financial reports and metrics 
4. Experience working in a warehouse, distribution centers, or other related fields
5. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels 
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
7. Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
