Job description

●     Management end-to-end performance of Brand incubation & Brand management team

●     Work with acquisition team and clusters to identify opportunities to improve performance and overall onboarding experience of new brands

●     Conceptualize, execute and track new initiatives

●     Manage internal and external stakeholders and act as a liaison for new brands

●     Provide market insights from brand’s perspective through good understanding of products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics

●     Provide forecast on seller performance

●     Interact with relevant key stakeholders to resolve & de-bottleneck issues

●     Review and suggest enhancements to streamline and improve the process

●     Coach and groom new team member

Request

●     3 - 8 years of experience (level of role will depend on the years of experience), relevant work experience in brand acquisition or e-commerce industry is a plus

●     Holds a bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record

●     Excellent communication and negotiation skills

●     Outstanding presentation skills

●     Process-oriented and logical

●     Practices a high level of confidentiality

●     Strong team player and a capable individual contributor

●     Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

●     Solid analytical and problem solving skills

●     Data driven and comfortable with synthesizing insights from a series of number

●     Able to perform in a fast-paced environment

●     Fluency in English is a must
