Job Description:

  • Work with business product managers and other stakeholders to identify research opportunities
  • Conduct research with various methods to investigate user's pain points and gain insight / findings
  • Analyze those findings and come up with strategic insights and recommendations for other relevant teams in a form of reporting and/or presentation
  • Support the team in translating recommendations into action
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned



  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in e-commerce, Fintech, logistics, backend system, and social media industry
  • Strong methodological grounding and understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, usability tests, interviews etc.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking / user-centered design process
  • Quick learner with possession of can-do attitude, adaptability with face-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Native Thai speaking and fluent in English
