Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-impact projects to improve the return and refund process in Shopee
  • Analyze issues and provide solutions using analytical skills and leveraging support from other team members / across functions
  • Identify process gaps and initiate improvement projects
  • Act as liaison between various department and return team
  • Monitor and review return and refund performances
  • Support preparation of PowerPoint slides for management meetings and be ready to present when needed
  • Demonstrate ownership to ensure that projects are implemented within stipulated time and to mitigate potential risks
     

 

Requirements:  

  • Project management experiences in top consulting firms or leading corporations
  • Great problem solving skills. Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely 
  • Academic, professional in management and/or leadership are highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of general business processes and organizational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure
  • Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English
