Job Description:

  • Foster deep relationships with employees and leaders to identify the best ways to meet the L&D needs of the teams
  • Provide insights from the teams to influence learning content design, development, implementation and optimization of our programs 
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team on the creation and delivery of sustainable development programs to increase team performance and actively contribute to the development efforts
  • Measure program effectiveness and enhance training programs through content redesign
  • Provide thought to key stakeholders wherever learning is concerned

 

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university; background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus
  • Self-starter and able to handle ambiguity and adapt to continuous change
  • Effective communicator
  • Resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
