Job Description:

  • Drive the UI/UX research efforts of the local product team
  • Periodically map out the user journey to investigate the customer pain points and propose actionable solutions that can optimize user experience
  • Provide regular insights on the product updates of local market peers, synthesize findings to develop strategic insights and recommendations
  • Communicate the research insights to a variety of audiences
  • Support on-demand product design requirement
  • Work closely with the product management team to validate features


  • Previous experience in UX research for digital based products
  • Strong methodological grounding and understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, usability tests, interviews
  • Basic UI design skills, familiar with figma 
  • Strong sense of user understanding, enthusiastic about improving user experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
