- Manage and negotiate with third party agencies to ensure execution of a cost efficient and performance oriented media plan.
- Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
- Handles TVC creative development and production
- Using data analytics,determine the best media outlet mix and optimize our campaigns accordingly. If necessary, build models to understand and improve our performance.
- Work closely with regional marketing team and production agencies in order to localize media content
- Follow Offline and Online Media trends, as well as monitor the media strategy of our competitors
- Develop mechanisms to track campaign performance and evaluate success based on business KPIs

- Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- 3-5 years experience in media planning
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with metrics to evaluate media performance
