Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and negotiate with third party agencies to ensure execution of a cost efficient and performance oriented media plan.
  • Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
  • Handles TVC creative development and production
  • Using data analytics,determine the best media outlet mix and optimize our campaigns accordingly. If necessary, build models to understand and improve our performance.
  • Work closely with regional marketing team and production agencies in order to localize media content 
  • Follow Offline and Online Media trends, as well as monitor the media strategy of our competitors 
  • Develop mechanisms to track campaign performance and evaluate success based on business KPIs

 

Requirements:

  • Performance and data driven mindset
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • 3-5 years experience in media planning
  • Good analytical skills and familiarity with metrics to evaluate media performance
