Job Description:

  • Manage the day to day operations within the sorting center using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
  • Dispute resolution within and outside the team
  • Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
  • Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Improve internal process between the sorting center and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA

Requirements:

  • Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment
  • 5 years experience in e-commerce fulfilment/logistics industry
  • Willing to work 6 days and on shift basis
