Tasks:

  • Develop strategy and sustain the healthy growth of Shopee online communities (Facebook; Instagram; Tiktok; Facebook Group; Youtube) and Shopee in-app communities / features (Shopee Feed; Shopee Live) to enhance the user and seller engagement and to acquire new users to the app.   
  • Develop Influencer Marketing to support Double Digit; Mega Campaigns and various categories. 
  • Take lead for ad-hoc campaigns / projects to ensure the effective planning and execution in order to achieve the KPI.  
  • Analyse and evaluate the performance of communications campaigns to propose next-step action. 
  • Work closely with regional teams to promptly update and measure the performance of Shopee Online Communities / Features (i.e. both Social Media & In-app); Influencer Marketing Campaigns and crucial projects. 
  • Effectively collaborate with related teams (e.g. Campaign; BD; BPNS, CX, CS, etc.) during deploying the campaign from the Communications side. 
  • Assist to line manager for new projects.  
  • Manage and lead the team by growing skills and knowledge; providing timely guidance and coaching for each team member. 

Requirement:

  • Have a strong experience in Communications; Digital Marketing or Social Media for more than 6 years. 
  • Have a strong leadership and be experienced in managing a team at least 5 members 
  • Be proactive; professional; critical thinking; hard working and solutioning 
  • Have a data-driven and result-oriented mindset.  
  • Be able to work in a fast-pace working environment with tight deadline
  • Have good communication & negotiation skills.
  • Be influent in communicating in English
