• Planning out which seller groups to pitch to to ensure satisfactory conversion and positive seller sentiment towards using Shopee Express
  • Pitching to both Shopee sellers and sellers outside the Shopee ecosystem and converting them to shipping their non-ecommerce orders with Shopee Express.
  • Educate sellers on Shopee Express features, Shopee Express promotional campaigns and market insights
  • Understand key pain points from sellers and find the best solution for them to provide them the best service and to allow Shopee Express to build long lasting relationships and trust with sellers to understand more about their business and their key success factors
  • Able to coordinate with cross functional team to identify issues and follow up on solutions
  • Good time management to deliver multiple projects at the same time. Able to follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution
  • In depth understanding of seller insights and able to leverage these insights to build strong relationships with sellers. Have basic analysis skills to track seller MOM performance and able to propose execution ideas to help increase volume
  • Able to collaborate well with other team members. Driven to achieve team goals and is transparent to share ideas to help total team improve performance
  • Have high accountability and responsibility to follow through each task as well as high ownership of each account
