Job Description:

  • Design, develop and implement operational metrics and analytics for Human Resource (HR)
  • Generate reports and dashboards that can enable HR to derive recruitment related metrics and indicative employee behaviours such as attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, engagement, etc
  • Identify themes, trends and issues to generate useful insights and more data-driven decision making for HR
  • Enhance data collection procedures and proactively exercise data governance including hands on data clean up on an ongoing basis to ensure data hygiene and collaborate with stakeholders through data hygiene education
  • Conceptualise new tools and process improvements for HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with local and Regional HR teams to translate these into business requirements and launch new initiatives within HR functions
  • Develop strong understanding of HR functions to build data analytics capabilities, conduct feasibility studies of current to future state implementation
  • Project manage the roll-out and adoption of initiatives, including coordinating, testing, reporting and tracking of impact
  • Devise methods and strategies to obtain and extract data to derive human capital related insights


  • Degree holder in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Human Resource, with at least 5 years of business analytics and / or data analytics
  • At least 2 years of experience in Python
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
  • Experience and knowledge of analytical and statistical modelling techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests / experiments, analysing data, regression (multiple, logistic, log-linear), neural network, decision tree, variable selection, etc
  • Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfortable manoeuvring around data clean up tasks
  • Able to independently lead and drive projects, including managing various stakeholders
  • Strong evidence of leadership qualities and ability to deliver excellent results from relevant work experiences
  • Experience in HR-related topics, research, data, metrics and analysis is an advantage
