Job Description:

  • Identify key trends in user and gamer behaviour to help fine-tune the overall gamification strategy, including acquisition, retention, and churn management
  • Initiates analysis projects and prepares reports and automated dashboards on business performance, including but not limited to postmortem analyses on initiatives and day-to-day performance tracking
  • Forecast, propose, and manage the budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast of each pillar to ensure cost-efficiency and growth
  • Study spending and playing patterns in each of the different Shopee games to help control cost and maximize potential revenue
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights with the clear objective of improving business performance
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Regional & Local Business Intelligence, and other marketing teams

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing / Market Research / Business Intelligence, with heavy focus on quantitative data analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, macros a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and has strong time management skills
  • Flexible to work long hours on occasion
