Job Descriptions:

 

  • Responsible for developing and executing local CRM strategies and initiatives to drive growth and win-backs
  • Drives quantitative data analysis to define areas of opportunity
  • Own CRM KPIs, including deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, revenue, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Manage and optimise local CRM budget
  • Build a best in class CRM team in industry
  • Work closely with Regional CRM team to prioritise CRM efforts and develop experimentation strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Mexico, regional team and other markets to act on new insights
  • Constantly stay informed with best in class acquisition, retention and advocacy practices

 

Requirements:

  • Good degree from recognized university; MBA/MSc or related programs preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of direct CRM experience
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and good with numbers; advanced Excel user
  • Result oriented; strong in critical thinking and hands-on execution
  •  Experience with A/B testing required
  • Experience in implementing marketing plans, campaign tracking and ROI metrics a plus
  • High initiative and ownership mentality
  • Experience managing a team is preferred
  • Ecommerce, internet industry and start-up experience a plus
