Job Description:

 

  • Take ownership of a cluster of games & features, with end-to-end accountability of setting and achieving of all the topline plans, goals, KPIs and targets
  • Solve strategic business challenges by developing marketing and commercial strategies aimed not only at driving user acquisition & retention as well as revenue for your games/features but also at how effective they are at impacting Shopee at large
  • Lead gamification initiatives such as developing new game formats, striking partnerships with other teams / external partners, launching new games/features, etc.
  • Analytical success: responsible for the qualitative & quantitative analysis of your games/features as well as the regular performance reporting & action plans for upper management
  • Responsible for the continual optimization of the outputs of your team members and their development
  • Manage multiple stakeholders effectively such as Design, Campaign, Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Product teams as well as Regional teams

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 3 years work of experience in a Product or Marketing-related role or Game Management 
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills
  • Skilled in acquisition, retention marketing, and/or customer lifecycle is a plus
  • Strong data analysis with working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong campaign optimization skills
  • Team player who is not afraid of hands-on execution in a in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Bonus if you enjoy playing mobile games
