Job Description:

  • Conceptualise, develop and execute marketing campaigns for Categories (FMCG, Fashion and Moslem, Mom and Baby, Beauty, etc)
  • Drive high-impact and growth projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of campaigns
  • Conduct primary/secondary research and competitor analyses to understand and monitor evolving user needs and business opportunities
  • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of work experience either in relevant FMCG industries/companies, management consulting, internet or ecommerce marketing, or has passion in the ecommerce marketing
  • Strong business judgment and acute marketing sense with a successful track record
  • Previous experience in managing a team is a plus
  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication capability in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
  • Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn
