Job Description:

  • Develop brand strategies, promote brand growth and expansion, implement brand plans 
  • Develop insights-led and data-driven campaigns
  • Create, execute, and manage offline marketing programs and campaigns
  • Drive user acquisition
  • Launch new campaigns, optimize current campaign and audiences, whilst creating new targeting groups across all markets
  • Creating a top-to-bottom marketing funnel: from brand awareness to lead generation to acquisition
  • Manage cross-functional tasks in delivering campaigns
  • Driving initiatives and seeing projects through to completion
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationship with vendors and suppliers
  • Adept in MexicanTV and Entertainment landscape
  • Ability to define campaign look-and-feel across all channels
  • Understanding consumer behavior drivers



  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Prior experience in managing a brand across multiple markets would be an advantage
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker, and is able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Data driven and analytical 
  • Up to date with market trends and competitive activity
