Marketing - Campaign Ops Lead

 

Job Descriptions:

 

  • Coordinate with cross-functionally in Shopee to get campaign info & planning timeline to execute campaign, monitor daily tasks of team to make sure all deadlines are met
  • Responsible for the admin operational aspects of campaigns, including but not limited to, setting up vouchers, cashback promotions, free shipping promotions, etc.
  • Follow up cluster plan & manage team to set up/pre-check visibilities on Shopee on time with no issue
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Design process & develop process for team & manage training for internal teams if needed
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis and reporting on campaign execution 
  • Coaching and developing junior staff to acquire/improve their primary skills
  • Contribute to thought leadership of the team about market landscape, any new initiatives, competitor analysis
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3+ years working experience, project management is a plus
  • Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Strong knowledge of campaign, operation and ecommerce is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Strong command in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be able to manage and deliver all phases of market research studies with good project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive attitude to support business plan and target of the relevant departments
  • Able to coach & mentor junior staff
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, PR, legal, operations and BD (preferable)
