Job Description

  • Identify and recruit new streamers to join incubation program
  • Communicate and maintain good relationships with new streamers throughout the program and create positive environment for them to grow and learn
  • Educate new streamers about ShopeeLive and key livestream features to help them master how to livestream
  • Persuade new streamers to invest their time and efforts with livestreams, join livestream campaigns and incentive programs and keep streaming
  • Develop initiatives and campaigns to push new streamers to stream more frequently, adopt key features and grow viewership and orders
  • Keep track and analyse performance of streamers in incubation programs and recommend corrective measures and adjustments
  • High accountability and responsibility to drive new sellers and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and share best practices to improve performance


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in BBA or related fields
  • 2-4 years experienced in Key Account, Sales, Business Development would be a plus
  • Having excellent spoken and writing skills in both English & Thai
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
