Description

  • Manage key strategic projects assigned by the managements, from understanding Thailand e-Commerce industry outlook, identifying sellers’ trends to addressing critical internal issues
  • Performing end-to-end research, from hypothesis generation, performing primary and secondary research, synthesizing data to eliciting key insights
  • Lead discussions and conduct interviews or surveys with sellers in various categories, channels and demographics to gain insights of sellers’ trends
  • Implement effective methodologies (primary and secondary research) to gather data and adopt strategic tools (statistical model) and techniques to analyse findings and generate insights
  • Develop practical and actionable recommendations that will dictate the strategic direction and priorities of the organization
  • Remain ahead of the curve on developments and issues within the e-Commerce industry 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • 3 or more years of experience in research, management consulting, or strategy related
  • Ability to gather, analyze, restructure and identify key insights from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Creative, analytically strong and self-motivated individuals
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and project management skills
  • Competent in meeting tight deadlines and managing work under uncertainty
  • High Proficiency in tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in using database analysis (SQL) a plus
  • Passionate about learning and high curiosity for e-commerce industry
