Job Description:

  • Project-based role focusing on strategy, end-to-end management, and execution of campaign/ feature initiatives to drive new buyer acquisition and order conversions via campaign/marketing features
  • Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation 
  • Regularly review and analyse key performance metrics to drive new buyer acquisition and order conversions leveraging marketing features
  • Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the project plan 
  • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
  • Support other special project as requested

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree with 2-5 years working experience in related field
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
  • Experience in eCommerce/ marketing and/or Growth Marketing would be a plus
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong project management and execution abilities
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
