Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage affiliate acquisition team assigned to expand affiliate numbers and quality, especially influencers and key opinion leader
  • Strategic planning and design lead generation workflow in order to improve team performance  
  • Design process and operation to QC lead and close monthly target
  • Coordinate with related functions and ensure operations run smoothly
  • Provide data support and analyse meaningful insights for the team leaders and managers
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues at hand
  • Track progress and customise report with an insightful recommendation to team lead
  • Drive team performance to meet standard and key performance indicators

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting Business, Administration, Economics, or any related fields  
  • Minimum 2-5 years of work experiences (experience as a Sales Team lead is a plus)   
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in Thai and English 
  • Technical skill: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Be able to think logically
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
