Job Description:

  • Conduct new hire on-boarding, and off-boarding across different offices/ hub locations
  • Oversee and manage employee records and HR reports
  • Oversee foreign worker administration such as Work Pass application and renewal
  • Work closely with HRBPs to plan and manage employee wellbeing initiatives and engagement events
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to support with shared services operations including preparation of employment contracts and foreign worker administration such as Work Pass application and renewal
  • Oversee and prepare payroll data and administer payroll timely and accurately
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Ensure compliance to local employment regulations and company’s policies
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Lead and execute process improvement projects
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of HR experience is preferred
  • Experience in leading a small team and managing foreign workers
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Work Pass applications is necessary
  • Organised, meticulous, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions, able to work within tight deadlines
  • Meticulous with an attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to travel to different offices/ hubs
  • Self-driven and able to work independently and in team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus
