The Regional Strategic Talent Management team drives the implementation of organisation-wide programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage our talent pool at Shopee. We work closely with the Management team to evaluate the effectiveness of our talent strategies and contribute to the development of overall business goals.

Job Description:

  • Identify learning and development needs by conducting training needs analysis and assessment with Strategic Talent Management team (STM) 
  • Diagnose appropriate learning interventions to address learning gaps of talents
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development team and internal trainers to design and develop programmes
  • Identify and source for external training vendors (if necessary) to meet internal training needs
  • Coordinate the overall STM training efforts to ensure alignment and consistency in learning outcomes across talent programmes 
  • Monitor and evaluate training programme effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and churn learning reports
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in human resource management, with experience in in-house Talent Management or Learning and Development function 
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Analytical with strong project management and execution skills
  • Good communication and people skills - ideally confident with supporting and communicating with various stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude, able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills 
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite such as MS Excel and Powerpoint
