Singapore Warehouse - Returns & Refunds Assistant

Job Description:

  • Conducting quality checks for returns and refunds parcels
  • Proceeding with seller/buyer dispute judgement
  • Researching on streamlining the outbound operations in a more economical and efficient way
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities such as root cause analysis, time-motion studies, lead-time reduction, 5S, lean management etc
  • Coordinate with external teams (e.g. Customer Service, Logistics) and implement the actions defined for operational excellence (e.g. On-time, On-budget, Maintenance, Low-defects, etc)

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Operations related
  • Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail and understanding on business implications
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.) and Microsoft Suite.
  • Responsible and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Role will be based in the West
