Job Description:

  • Sales acquisition account and data checking
  • Checks final status for pending orders to the suppliers
  • Processes refund requests and manual adjustment transactions
  • Monitors fulfillment rate from suppliers
  • Engages in after-sales monitoring and support for resellers
  • Handles Quality Assurance reporting & analysis
  • Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed


  • Preferably with 6 months experience in the Fintech industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and similar programs
  • Great sense of responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
