• Extensive knowledge of PMS and act as a Portal Operator for the system
  • Adequate knowledge of other systems: Seller Center, WMS, OMS
  • Assess and determine how new features raised by Regional Team will affect or help operations through reviewing Business Requirements Documents.
  • Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Live Testing
  • In constant communication with Vendor Operations team and Product Team, both Local and Regional
  • Relay any new feature releases for PMS, Seller Center, or other changes to Local Team
  • In charge of all systems-related issues raised by vendor operations
  • Raise all features needed by PH team to regional team



  • Capable of effective communication with both local and regional colleagues
  • Able to work with little or no supervision
  • Has initiative
  • Basic knowledge of Inventory Management or other Supply Chain Systems is recommended
  • Good attention-to-detail
