Job Description:

  • Acts as a strategic HR partner to ensure manpower growth, development, and stability of the assigned business unit
  • Ensures that all hiring and onboarding operations are on track for the assigned business unit
  • Coordinates with various People Team points of contact to resolve employee concerns
  • Sends regular reminders and tracks completion of performance appraisals, regularization letters, pulse check surveys, team building utilization, and other initiatives
  • Ensures People Team's compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and HR audits, as needed
  • Manages employee case resolution in coordination with the Employee Relations team
  • Supports the execution of engagement initiatives for assigned teams including quarterly team building, campaign support, and town hall meetings
  • Assists with implementation of new and ongoing business initiatives, as needed
  • Maintains open communication channels with stakeholders and willing to cater to urgent employee requests potentially outside regular working hours


  • Demonstrated success with setting up and providing strategic HR support for a startup company or new business unit
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; post-graduate degree in Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, or other course in Human Resources is a plus
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent cross-functional exposure in different HR facets. Strong background in Recruitment is a plus
  • Industry experience with financial institutions (i.e. banking, insurance, fintech, etc.) is an advantage
  • Great team player and works well with others
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
  • Operates with a high degree of integrity and stellar work ethics
  • Capability to work in a multicultural environment is a must
