Job Descriptions

  • Act as a ground team help desk to support and ensure smooth operations on a daily basis
  • Coordinate closely with the internal team and external parties to solve operational issues in a timely manner
  • Review, audit, and collect staff compliance issues and coordinating with HR team on staff punishment
  • Coordinate with related parties on the investigation of SOP and any discrepancies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the ground team through regular communications
  • Manage ad-hoc projects or assignments as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related fields
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Experience in the logistics industry, especially Express business is a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Office/Google G-Suite is required (Especially, Excel and Google Sheet)
  • Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can-do attitude, Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work in both team setting and independently with less supervision
  • Be able to work 6 days per week. Flexible in working days
  • Street smart and be able to be on ground
