  • Support localization of new feature requirements and test cases
  • Conduct and optimize manual product testing (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure
    finished product quality for end users
  • Coordinate with key function stakeholders for feature testing and rollout
  • Assess impact and urgency of issues to prioritize resolutions
  • Conduct initial investigation of raised issues to solve problems
  • Support and provide guidance to internal and external users


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, Computer Engineering or IT related field is preferred
  • Native fluency in Thai (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
  • Good command of business English (reading, writing)
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in QA / Tester roles and background in Web or Application Testing, System Testing would be a plus
  • A proactive, fast learner, team player with ability to work in dynamic environments
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has high interest in user interface design and optimization to serve business needs
  • Service-minded and positive attitude
  • Detail oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tool is a plus
  • Experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Experience with e-Commerce is a plus
