Job Description


● Define, implement and execute the business development and growth strategy for
the category
● Lead execution of category’s initiatives and campaigns
● Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
● Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This
can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of
key merchants within the category
● Carry out analysis and survey to better understand merchant requirements and
behavior
● Leverage strong project management skills to plan and coordinate within assigned
category as well as cross functional team to ensure smooth execution all platform
and category initiatives
