Job Description: 

  • Optimise and monitor the entire end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to last-mile delivery
  • Responsibilities also include planning and coordinating activities related to sourcing and procurement, addressing all warehousing and logistic related issues as well as developing detailed analytical report and recommendations
  • Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and outbound of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing product demand levels for our customers.
  • Deal with all levels of external and internal stakeholders across the supply chain to ensure we support the ever-growing retail and fulfilment business in Shopee
  • Critical KPIs include designing initiatives to improve productivity, optimising cost at every part of the supply chain and utilising data & technology to transform the supply chain

Requirements: 

  • 2 years of experience within the supply chain and operations sector 
  • Proficient in supply chain, operations, project management and process improvement 
  • Added advantage if candidate has knowledge in employing digital tools in supply chain and operations
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Able to work independently and within a team
