Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Key Account Managers Lead (Lead KAM) comprising of approximately 3-4 lead members
  • Drive performance of all Lead KAMs within responsibility on dimensions including: commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc.
  • Manage team in order to ensure strong relationship with key seller of that category and to gather hands on experience of managing seller
  • Develop expertise on social media and use of social media for commercial purposes
  • Provide guidance to team members to ensure continuous increase in productivity, motivation, learning and process improvement
  • Gather key insights from all Key Account Managers in order to develop recommendations for future improvement, internal campaigns, and team campaign
  • Ensure correct and timely completion of team member’s performance report
  • Develop close team relationship with team members as well as boost/maintain team morale

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields
  • 5-6 years’ experience in Business Development would be advantage
  • Required strong leadership and people management skill
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
