Job Description: 

  • Conceptualize, develop, execute and optimise employer branding campaigns across digital platforms
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including regional marketing and overseas offices
  • Generate new ideas and drive continual optimisation of employer branding and communication initiatives
  • Monitor, track and optimise the effectiveness of digital campaigns and communications strategies
  • Drive the planning and execution of communication strategies that support Shopee’s business and branding objectives
  • Keep abreast of trends on other ecommerce platforms, social sentiments and broader industry developments, and leverage on such trends to optimise campaigns
  • Drive issues management and crisis communications

Requirements:

  • Good university degree with at least 3 years of relevant Marketing & Communications experience preferred
  • Proven experience in leading a Marketing/Communications team
  • Experience in campaigns management and marketing analytics preferred (evaluating campaigns effectiveness, A/B testing, optimization)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Able to independently lead and drive projects, including managing various stakeholders
  • Meticulous and have a strong drive to get things done
  • Positive, collaborative and energetic attitude
  • Strong evidence of leadership qualities and ability to deliver excellent results from relevant work experiences
