Job Description:

  • End-to-end product ownership for SeaTalk, responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Develop and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap of product lines by gathering and analysing business intelligence from internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for the product’s lifecycle from concept, design, sample production, testing, forecast, costs, mass production, promotion, and support
  • Oversee and collaborate with the development team, designers, project managers, technical team, marketing, and business personnel to generate, develop, and deliver quality and marketable products
  • Conduct research, testing, market analysis, and data insights to make informed strategic decisions, resolve risks, and come up with creative solutions
  • Engage key stakeholders and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure that strategic goals, timeline, and objectives of products are met
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the market based on competitive conditions and customer insights for new product ideas and development
  • Drive the product requirement gathering and data analysis, feature prioritization and planning, solution design and implementation, and go-to-market strategy

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering from a reputable university
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
  • Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
  • Analytical and quantitative reasoning skills, strong logic thinking
  • Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change
  • Experience in product management, product owner, business process modeling and improvement, or delivering enterprise-level products is a plus
  • Prior experience in instant messaging platform is a plus
  • Prior experience in enterprise software, SaaS platform, or open platform product is a plus 
  • Proficient in Mandarin in order to collaborate with the counterparts in China
