Job Description 

  • Supports the design, planning and execution of onboarding initiatives under the new L&D Onboarding pillar
  • Supports the development of onboarding materials (e.g. toolkits, guides, EDMs)
  • Coordinates and facilitates briefings with stakeholders
  • Provide support to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of various onboarding initiatives and report on them
  • Liaises and coordinates with key stakeholders to co-deliver various aspects of the assigned initiatives
  • Provide support to the team for liaising with various onboarding person in-charge across Shopee's markets to ensure smooth implementation
  • Manages the day-to-day L&D (onboarding) administration and operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in HR initiatives and programme/project management (fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in facilitation, training and/ or public speaking preferred
  • Capable in managing projects independently from end to end, while demonstrating the ability to organize and prioritize tasks well to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills - able to generate practical solutions in ambiguous situations
  • Has experience driving branding/ outreach efforts to raise awareness of new initiatives
  • Proficient in Google products (Gdoc, Gsheets, etc) and Microsoft Office products
  • Basic design skills (experience using Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop a plus)
  • Fluent in English, while also possessing excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Include a link to your online portfolio (eg. graphic design, EDMs, posters, newsletter) in your resume
