The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.


Responsibilities:

  • Support incidents of logistics operations with customers and third-party suppliers.
  • Support in the management of existing third-party suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the implementation of projects and continuous improvement.
  • Participant in the identification of business needs and definition of requirements for suppliers.
  • Support in process mapping to optimize quality, delivery time, and costs.
  • Support the development and implementation of the operation for Argentina.

Qualifications:

  • Desirable experience with reporting.
  • Complete bachelor's degree or in the last years. 
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Desirable command of English (oral and written communication).
  • Ability to self-manage, problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Experience with support in the logistics supply chain with a third party (3PL).
  • Experience with service in the management of logistics operation suppliers.
