Job Description:

  • Project-based role focused on identifying and implement solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee Cross-Border Business
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on new opportunities and current issues including spearheading projects to optimize existing practices related to Business Development, Operations, and Logistics
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
  • Develop project plans, track project progress, ensure projects reach expected goals, and do quality time management
  • Manage internal and external communications related projects
  • Lead some issue management and develop short term and long term solution
  • Efficiently organize and convene meetings during the operation of the project, and follow up the implementation of the meeting tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from recognized Universities
  • At least 3 years of working experience is preferred
  • Work experience in management consulting firm or eCommerce industry is preferred
  • Experienced in the full life cycle project, from strategy to implementation
  • Fluent in English & Korean both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Proactive and take ownership of one's work
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient and effective
