Job Description:

  • Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
  • Responsible of consulting and driving sellers on Shopee onsite(in-app) marketing features, especially paid-ads features
  • Designing onsite(in-app) marketing solution packages for sellers, providing them with different feature options, suggesting the amount of investment (cost estimate), setting together targets on Key Performance Indicators
  • Analysing and monitoring the performance of sellers’ paid/un-paid marketing activities
  • Driving new projects with marketing agency partners, internal stakeholders and new channels
  • Project-based role focused on identifying and implement solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee Cross-Border Business
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on new opportunities and current issues including spearheading projects to optimise existing practices related to Business Development, Operations, and Logistics
  • Efficiently organise and convene meetings during the operation of the project, and follow up the implementation of the meeting tasks

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred from a recognised institute with a strong academic record
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics) are advantageous
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience(i.e. Paid-Ads, digital marketing) is preferred
  • Work experience in management consulting firm or e-commerce industry is preferred
  • Experienced in the full life cycle project, from strategy to implementation
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, data-driven, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented, well organised, efficient, and effective
