Job Description:

  • Key person in charge of end-to-end coordination for functional L&D programs and initiatives
  • Support in full cycle of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and training content customisation for team trainings
  • Document and streamline training coordination processes and SOPs
  • Provide support for periodic monitoring of team-based learning and development reports (eg. training effectiveness, ROI) and data analysis using Excel and Gsheets
  • Manage day-to-day L&D administration and operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma level
  • Experience in HR and data analysis preferred
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products
  • Positive working attitude and a strong team player
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people
  • Fluent in English and able to convey thoughts clearly and effectively
