Job Description:

  • Key person in charge of end-to-end coordination of Learning and Development programs, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training) and newsletter creation
  • Provide support for periodic monitoring and generation of all Learning and Development reports eg. training effectiveness, ROI
  • Manage day-to-day Learning & Development administration and operations (L&D system)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Basic experience in design a plus
  • Positive working attitude and a strong team player
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people
  • Articulate in English and able to convey thoughts clearly and effectively
  • Able to present confidently to a group of people
