Job Description:

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
  • Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and be proactive in talent pooling
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Recommend appropriate sourcing & search strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above from reputable universities with at least 1 year of full time recruitment experience
  • Tech recruitment experience is a plus
  • Independent, creative, meticulous and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Quick learner with a positive working attitude
  • Able to multitask and work within timeline
