Job Description:

  • Develop curriculum to support classroom training and regular refreshment training
  • Conduct timely constructive feedback and counseling of the trainees
  • Design and evaluate training material for technical/soft skills training
  • Arrange and deliver operation training, both for new hire and existing customer services
  • Responsible for the training administration and report

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher degree from a reputable university
  • At least 1-year experience as a Trainer within the Customer Service area
  • Get used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Driven and motivated
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
