Job Description:
- Take recording sampling from Desk Collection agents.
- Analyze and evaluate agents' job performance based on data and recommend action.
- Provide reports related to the quality score of all agents on an ongoing basis.
- Provide coaching for agents.
- Regular calibration with trainers and team leads.
- Regular morning briefing with desk collection team.
- Handle ad hoc QA-related works.

- Min. Diploma degree from any major.
- Collection oriented
- Min. 1 year of working exp as QA Collection.
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good team player, calm, adaptable, and agile.
- Able to join immediately.
