Job Description:

  • Strategize and plan for employer branding activities on both online and offline channels
  • Work closely with functions to produce engaging employer branding social media content
  • Plan and create content on social media and other channels to build a strong employer branding for Shopee. 
  • Build and execute social media campaigns through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Drive continual optimisation of employer branding and communication initiatives by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Work closely with universities to promote Shopee brand image among students with engagement activities i.e. sponsorship, career fair, industry seminar
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned


  • Good university degree
  • Have experience in Employer Branding, or Marketing (Social Media) preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English
  • Experience in copywriting and able to deliver creative digital content i.e. article, image and video
  • Familiar with designing tools is a plus
  • Creative thinker with high enthusiasm for your work
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
